![]() Turns out it's because they are a food truck, so they don't have a physical location yet! I was elated when I found out that my WFH schedule enabled me to visit their Cypress location on Thursdays. You mean I don't have to travel all the way to LA for some good HALAL Nashville Hot Fried Chicken? Count me in! I stumbled upon this place on YELP and wondered why I had not heard of this place before. Do know that I am one of those people who likes carolina reaper peppers so for me medium was no biggy but I know for most that might be a little much. The second time around I got the double dare and it was perfect. I did not find the spice to be the level I was looking for. I ordered the medium the first time around since i was told this was pretty spicy. Thankfully we decided to eat there so I was able to go tell them and they brought it out. They forgot to add my extra 3 order of tenders. The food came out fresh and their spicy sauce is a delight. Even with over one hour since my order, we were not given our food until closer to the 2:35 mark. The anaheim location was not too far from us and I ordered around 1ish thinking we would be ahead of the game when they open the truck at 2. We ended I'll making a big order to share with the fam. Walk up to the truck, check out the menu, order from the kiosk, then pay at the kiosk and Bred's text you when your order is ready in about 45-50 min. Simple as that.Īlthough I was coerced into ordering at the truck, I'm glad I did because Bred's makes ordering painless. If you want bypass the wait, order online, so what you need to do for about 45-50 min then come pick up your delicious food. Thank you for supporting an independent, black-owned business.I despise long waits, especially for food, but this is something that i could wait for again. With a full spectrum of heat, from a kiss of cayenne to death daggers of Carolina Reaper, it is suggested that you CHOOSE WISELY…or go, Wimpy, AKA (All Flavor No Spice).
